Your Chronotype is a WOLF

You bring creativity when it counts. You thrive in the late hours.

As a Wolf, you bring late-day energy and creativity, thriving in the afternoon and evening when others start to fade. Your independent, flexible approach and instinct-driven decision-making make you a unique asset, ready to tackle complex tasks with fresh perspective at unconventional hours.

1. Night Owl Focus:

You’re at your best in the late afternoon and evening, giving you a unique edge for diving deep into tasks when others start to slow down.

2. Creative Problem-Solver:

Your natural rhythm means you’re not confined to a 9-to-5 mindset, allowing you to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions during off-peak hours.

3. Intuitive Decision-Maker:

You trust your instincts, making bold decisions based on a blend of logic and gut feeling, especially when working during your natural energy peaks.

4. Resilient Independent Worker:

You thrive in solo work and can power through high-focus tasks independently, allowing you to excel when you’re given the space to work on your own terms.

5. Master of Flexibility:

You’re adaptable and resilient, able to shift gears easily and tackle tasks later in the day when others may be winding down, which makes you an invaluable asset in high-stakes situations.

But just as every Goddess wields her own unique superpower, she also faces her share of corporate kryptonite.

Here are the top three challenges you may face as a Wolf chronotype woman leader in a male-dominated industry when it comes to work-life balance, stress, and time management:

1. Mismatch with Traditional Work Hours: As a Wolf, your energy peaks later in the day, which can clash with standard 9-to-5 schedules. This misalignment can lead to stress if you’re required to perform high-focus tasks early, potentially resulting in lower productivity and increased pressure to keep up with early-rising colleagues.

2. Pressure to Adapt to Morning-Centric Cultures: Many industries, especially male-dominated ones, expect high engagement and decision-making in the morning. The pressure to participate in morning meetings or make strategic decisions early can feel draining, as it doesn’t align with your natural energy rhythm.

3. Balancing Late-Day Energy with Personal Life: Your peak productivity in the late afternoon and evening can lead to work spilling into personal time, making it harder to disconnect and maintain a balanced life. This can impact personal relationships and increase stress if you’re often working during hours typically reserved for downtime.

WHEN YOU INTERGRATE YOUR BIOLOGY INTO DAILY SYSTEMS FOR WORK, YOU CREATE THE ULTIMATE WORK/LIFE FREEDOM FLOW.

You’re the late-day powerhouse, bringing energy and focus just as others start winding down.

But the shadow side of your unique rhythm? That evening intensity can sometimes feel out of sync with the early demands of a traditional workday, making it challenging to stay fully engaged from start to finish.

And I know that feeling—when the pressure to match a rapid-fire pace builds up, and that urge to keep up with the speed around you sets in. But here’s what I’ve learned: trying to go full-throttle against your natural rhythm often leads to exhaustion and on the express lane to burnoutville which is EXACTLY what happened to me. I so do not want that for you.

So keeping up with every demand isn’t the answer. Staying true to your unique rhythm is how you’ll keep your light shining and lead with resilience.

YOU WANT TO CREATE WORK/LIFE BALANCE, TIME FREEDOM, AND MAKE MORE MONEY – AND THERE IS AN EASIER WAY TO DO IT… SUCCESS BY INTEGRATING SYSTEMS WITH YOUR BIOLOGY

Spoiler alert: What I’m about to share is going to completely turn the way you've been conditioned to approach work upside down. Ready?

To create more spaciousness in your workflow and expand in ways you haven’t yet imagined, the answer isn’t to run faster—it’s to actually SLOW DOWN by creating business systems align with your biology.

I know, I know. You’re thinking, Lynn, are you serious? SLOW DOWN? I am soo behind on emails, I have 1,000 deadlines due this week alone, and I haven’t even thought about next quarters strategic planning. Slowing down sounds like falling behind!

I get it because I’ve been there too. But when I stopped and started integrating business systems with my biology, everything shifted. I work a lot less and make a lot more. Oh and I stopped putting fun things on the back burner and am actually ENJOYING my life again. Which boomerangs back into my work.

Hi, I’m Lynn Everhart!

I grew a small engineering division to a multi-million dollar national level.

I LOVE putting on Masterclasses, doing speaking engagements, and teaching Bio-Leadership™ strategies

I work a lot less, and make a lot more. I don’t dread Mondays and I am intentional with my time starting with the things that make me happy in life.

But it wasn’t always Puppies and Rainbows.

Being a high performer, we often wear many hats. We are paving roads that haven’t even been walked or more appropriately ran before.

Our heads are down in the deep work and when we finally do take a pause, days, month even years have gone by. It can affect our health and wellbeing-it sure did mine. It makes us question: Where did our Whys go? What are we doing all of this for anyway?

It was only when I gave myself permission to unlearn what I have been taught and tap into my female intuition that I started to redefine what a work week felt like.

I gained Clarity, started eating for my biology, reframed traditional approaches to business systems, and held myself accountable.

I looked forward to opening my emails [SHOCKING I know], my calendar didn’t show back to back meetings anymore, and I was happier, lighter. I was running the business, it wasn’t running me, and people started to notice.

When getting together with other women leaders, we would discuss the heavy hitters like Balance, stress, and time, but more often than not the dialog would meander to more speak easy realms of conversation like spirituality and emotional boundaries. Things we need to prioritize more when we are not distracted with work.

I started the LeadHerShift podcast: Women leading in 5D to share what I have learned, encourage you to ask powerful questions of yourself, and tap into your inner knowing. I want your Soul to have the best Human Experience here and now, not when you “RETIRE”.

I love learning, researching, outlining, and recording forward thinking topics that you can implement in your career and life and pass on to others.

I am beyond grateful you have chosen to take a listen.
